Loved to use the public Novotel provided Apple pc with printing cervices; Kids loved the Playstation; great location for supermarket if shopping needed; novotel provides wide selection for breakfast - loved the bread!

Warm double room with a bed sofa. Super and amazing staff all over the place.

Stayed here for one night, no complaint. The staff were supper friendly and the breakfast was delicious and excellant with superb views over the Aerodrome to the Voges hills and in the lounge.

Very poor from what you'd expect from the Novotel chain. The pool looks quite nice in the pictures when in reality it's nothing more than a little square and worst of all exposed to everyone passing on the street. The a/c wasn't prepared for the unusual high temperatures for this season and therefore the cooling system wasn't working. It was stifling in the room. I was travelling with friends and felt very embarrassed to have booked this hotel. The pictures were very deceiving.

Comfortable room. Pleasant bar area. Free Wi Fi and use of computer. Pool. Nice breakfast in dining area where you can watch the planes come & go (next to airstrip)
Location...difficult to find. Our sat nav took us into Route de Strasbourg but the Novotel is the opposite direction next to Colmar Airfield and situated in an industrial area.

The staff made our dogs very welcome, which means a lot to us. The car parking facilities were also good.
the fact that the toilet is very claustrophobic, and does not appear to have a fan.

Very comfortable stay, 5 mins by car outside Colmar. Nice pool and plenty of loungers. Good quality food for breakfats na evening meal
